Wording of the Will
Under section 74 of the Succession Act 1925 it is not necessary that any technical words or terms of art be used in a will, but only the wording are such that the intention of the testator can be known therefore.
In the same no special language is necessary for the drafting and writing the will. It can be written in any language. However when it will present in the court its translation by the court translator must be filed in the court language.
Any person of sound mind not being a minor may dispose of his property by will but he/she have to file the Letter of probate in the court of District Judge or High Court as the case may be and one witness is necessary who testify that this will was signed and written before me.
